Rupert & Susie Horner’s 50th Birthday Ball

Saturday 2nd June 2012 Held in a spectacular Simon P Marquee in the grounds of the family house in Hildenborough

We supplied a marquee split into various areas, with a Chinese hat marquee entrance into a main marquee featuring a dining area, cocktail & dancing area and a hidden catering tent. The stylish theme of black & white & silver chairs with pin spot lighting and various sized mirror ball hang from the roof were complimented by the turquoise uplighters.

The guests arrived to a champagne reception on the beautiful lawns. Dinner was called just before 9.00 pm and our top catering team from Purple Pumpkin supplied a superb 3 course evening meal with dessert wine and port served during and after the dessert.

After a few speeches the black & white fringe was opened to reveal a black & white chequerboard dance floor and DVJ Tom Eastwood with his nightclub lighting rig and giant video screen.

While our cocktail bar team mixed the best cocktail’s including Mojito’s, woo woo’s pink Gin & tonic and many others.

Happy belated birthday to the lovely Susie & Rupert it looks like you had a stunning night.
